Roles

Glyphex has three access levels:

Inviting team members

  1. Go to Settings → Team (or click "Manage team")
  2. Enter the team member's email address
  3. Select their role (Admin or Viewer)
  4. Click "Send invite"

They'll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they don't have a Glyphex account, they'll be prompted to create one.

Managing team members

Change role

To change a member's role, remove them and re-invite with the new role.

Remove member

Click the "Remove" button next to their name in the team list. They'll immediately lose access to the site.

Transfer ownership

Contact support to transfer site ownership to another user.

Use cases

Marketing team

Invite your marketing team as Viewers so they can monitor campaign performance without accidentally changing settings.

Client access

If you manage analytics for clients, invite them as Viewers to see their data. You keep control as the Owner.

Development team

Invite developers as Admins so they can set up goals and conversion tracking for new features.

Security

  • Invitations expire after 7 days
  • All team actions are logged
  • Removing a member revokes access immediately
  • Each user has their own login - no shared passwords
